Lead Times

As most furniture is made to order, please allow 4–8 weeks for production and delivery. Lead times may vary based on design complexity and material availability.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the item. White-glove delivery is available for select items within the UK mainland.

Delivery Process

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Large furniture will be delivered via specialist carriers who will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Damage on Arrival

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
