At Lilley-cooper, we take pride in crafting premium furniture built to last. Each piece is made to order and inspected carefully before dispatch.

Returns

Because most items are custom-made or made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has commenced. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assess and arrange a suitable resolution.

Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement for the damaged item, or
  • A partial or full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before it enters production, please email us at hello@lilley-cooper.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellation fees may apply to cover material and labour costs.
